JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating comprehensive design solutions such as web designs, landing pages, UI elements, and sales decks.
Ensuring visual consistency across different products and channels while adhering to brand standards.
Leading brainstorming and collaborative sessions to develop creative concepts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet quality and timeline requirements.
Clearly presenting designs to internal and global teams in English.
Effectively managing multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic/visual, UI/UX, and product design.
Strong background in marketing and website design, preferably from agency backgrounds.
Proficiency in using Figma and practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Experience utilizing AI tools to assist design processes and enhance productivity.
Capability to produce clean, user-focused designs with a strong emphasis on visual detail.
Familiarity with the SAFe Agile methodology.
Demonstrated independent, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Good English communication and presentation skills.
A robust portfolio showcasing relevant visual, UI/UX, and product design work is needed.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for seamless development handoff.
Practical experience with Canva, Webflow, or other no-code web design platforms.
Skills in motion graphics or basic video editing.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
