JOB DESCRIPTION

Founder & Product Team Collaboration: Work closely with founders and product teams to align on business goals, product vision, and service objectives.
Design Documentation: Translate concepts into actionable design specifications that guide product development and engineering execution.
User Experience Design: Research, design, and deliver end-to-end product experiences across the healthcare ecosystem.
Journey Mapping & Prototyping: Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to explore and communicate solutions throughout iterative cycles.
Visual & Interface Assets: Produce visual assets and interface components to support testing and development.
Continuous Improvement: Refine and enhance product experiences based on user insights and feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in a UI/UX or product design role and a well-rounded portfolio demonstrating mobile app design.
Proficiency in Figma is a must, and familiarity with Adobe Suite is a bonus.
Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects in dynamic environments, with strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to align with stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in English, with effective communication and documentation abilities.
Prior experience in product development, particularly in software or tech-focused settings, is advantageous.
Proactive, self-driven, and takes ownership of tasks with a willingness to delve into specifics to achieve objectives.
Open to receiving and incorporating feedback in a fast-changing product cycle.
Firm grounding in visual design, encompassing drawing, color theory, and layout.
Portfolio should exemplify strong visual design skills and adeptness at addressing intricate interaction challenges.
Familiarity with current trends in mobile UX/UI and game-inspired interfaces.
Additional merit for expertise in Lottie, Rive, or other motion tools.
