Senior Product Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research, develop customer personas and map out user journeys
Create design documents / design briefs of features
Design user flows with a strong rationale of why it solves user problems
Create high-fidelity design and prototypes in Figma
Understand the technical system, work around constraints with developers
Rapidly make prototypes to test out the concept before releases
Maintain and improve our existing system
Take charge of product performance and analytics

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must-haves
4+ years of Product or UX Design
Strong at UX Research
Strong communication skills: Say what you mean, mean what you say
Proficiency in English: Be comfortable speaking and writing in EN
Fast prototyping skills: We use Figma, do not overthink it with Protopie
Experience with design system
Stay open mided when collaborating with team members
Work autonomously but know when to ask for help
Deep interest in AI and its application
Get-going attitude: Roll your sleeves to get the job done no matter what it takes
 
Nice-to-haves
Real experience with AI products
Experience design apps related to heavy industrial space

Responsible for managing the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value. Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, changes in market needs, and development progress. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Development Team.
