Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Be the local champion for Design Thinking methodology ensuring design is a strategic function within the Company
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our customers and internal business teams
Develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas that are incredibly simple and elegant
Gauge the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change
Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
Partner with product, engineering, and analytics to oversee the user experience of a product from conception to post-launch optimization

JOB REQUIREMENT

10+ years of experience in designing and shipping digital products
Portfolio of interaction design focused work samples for web and mobile applications
Advanced English Level
Able to work autonomously while guiding other team members
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design (hybrid UX and UI)
A solid understanding of prototyping methodologies and tools
Multiple tasking skills & ability to work under pressure Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience creating administrative systems (e.g. CMS admin interface)
Experience in a start-up environment
Experience designing for multiple, global markets
Experience researching and validating market and customer needs
Responsibility for regular iterations; developing and incrementally improving digital products based on long-term product roadmaps and user research
Experience with conversion optimisation
Experience conducting ethnographic and exploratory research
Experience running various types of workshops

Senior Embedded Linux Middleware Engineer
