JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and develop the agent framework, including workflows, tool utilization, orchestration, and reasoning.
Create the runtime, governance, and evaluation capabilities to ensure that agents are safe and reliable in production environments.
Develop integrations and reusable components that link agents to customer systems and data.
Manage features from start to finish: comprehend the user problem, deliver an initial version quickly, then refine it with feedback from end-users until it is polished and truly functional.
Utilize these agents in daily tasks and address any obstacles encountered.
Maintain high standards for quality and guide others through code reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong software engineering skills, with proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents for real users, including workflows, tool usage, orchestration, and evaluation, rather than just chatbots or one-off prototypes.
Experience integrating with real-world systems and data, such as APIs, pipelines, and enterprise systems.
A track record of delivering software that is reliable, polished, and genuinely usable.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance development processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication, including with customer-facing teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, or other symbolic and neurosymbolic reasoning approaches.
Familiarity with industrial systems or data, such as manufacturing, buildings, or energy.
Experience in building secure, on-premise, or air-gapped software.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud services.
Background in a forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering role.
