Senior Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with 5 - 10 years of experience in the B2B SaaS domain. This role requires a high command of English and a proven track record in managing high-quality SaaS products. The ideal candidate will own and lead the product management team, ensuring the delivery of substantial value through our product offerings. This is a hands-on role that will require getting into the details (e.g., writing Epics/User Stories) as well as driving product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Drive the evolution of our current product into a new offering tailored to our specific customer needs. This involves close collaboration with internal customers and subject matter experts to build and execute a strategic product roadmap.
Team Management: Lead and manage a product team, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and standards within the team.
Quality Assurance: Oversee product quality, ensuring that the product not only meets but exceeds market and customer expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with both customers and internal stakeholders, requiring flexibility to attend evening meetings as necessary.
Feedback Integration: Manage internal implementation processes and feedback cycles, incorporating insights and input to refine the product continuously.
Leadership Representation: Act as the product advocate on the leadership team, representing the product perspective in strategic discussions and decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS industry.
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing product teams.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including customers.
Proven ability to drive product strategy and vision, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
