Senior Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Description:
As a Senior Product Manager for our ESGRC software platform, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy for our ESGRC solutions, guiding our platform from inception to product-market-fit.
Initially an individual contributor role, you'll have the opportunity to build the product foundations from ground-up and build the product team as our product scales.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy
Help drive and champion the product vision and strategy, serving as the voice of our ESGRC platform.
Proactively challenge the product vision and strategy based on insights from data and research
Ensure the product roadmap is continuously validated and always reflects the right challenges we want to solve for our customers.
Immerse yourself in ESG and GRC domains; while domain expertise is not mandatory, a commitment to learning and adapting is essential.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the product life cycle to ensure we are continuously leap-frogging in the market.
Customer:
Develop a deep understanding of our target customers and their key challenges. Continuously refine target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on customer insights and feedback.
Continuously collaborate with customers/ prospects to identify and prioritize product features that address their business needs.
Effectively analyse feedback data from customer success teams, sales demos and marketing performance data.
Conduct research to understand and validate state of the ESGRC market - compliances, regulatory changes,
Data & Delivery:
Drive product discovery, solution definition, design, and delivery, and manage product documentation and release communications.
Run effective agile ceremonies, continuously providing clarity and confidence to each squad member across engineering and design
Ensure each sprint is appropriately scoped and planned ensuring alignment to business, customer and product goals
Ensure appropriate quality assurance processes are followed prior to releases
Communicate product priorities and requirements clearly to design and engineering teams and ensure high quality of documentation
Oversee the product development process across design and engineering, ensuring alignment with technical decisions and customer impact.
Lead the integration of AI into our platform and company culture.
Obsess over gathering, implementing and analysing relevant product adoption, usage Cross-Functional Team Leadership: and satisfaction metrics
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, design, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing in the 3 regions - AU, UK, and VN regions.
Ensure a strong release management process is followed with GTM teams to better enable them to curate effective launch communications, enablement, material and activities for customers and prospects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 5-7 years in B2B Product Management or a related role, with hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle management.
Skills:
Strong leadership and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to set up product management processes, including metrics tracking and process establishment.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with AI product development.
Knowledge or experience in GRC and/or ESG domains.

The 13th-month salary model is applied.
Hybrid - 2-3 times per week on average, there may be set days where certain teams would all come in, also they may be required to come in more if there are office events or outings. Flexible working hours.
The office hours are from 9: 00 am to 18: 00 pm Monday to Friday. Daily lunch and break time is from 12: 00 pm to 13: 00 pm. Weekends include Saturdays and Sundays.
