JOB DESCRIPTION

As the first product manager in the Cross-Functional Engineering Department, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and customer support across various ERP products. Your role will be to maximize the product value delivered to users of all ERP products, through effective product management, and coordination with all the product teams.
Specific Responsibilities:
Formulate unified product vision and roadmap for all ERP products, and for the Cross-Functional Engineering team
Plan initiatives to solve user problems
Manage product development and improvement
Direct development in collaboration with engineers and designers
Set issues, verify hypotheses, and analyze products
Execute marketing strategies in collaboration with business departments
Create requirements for product integration
Position Highlights

JOB REQUIREMENT

Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Over 3 years of experience in product management, design, development, or direction of back-office products or SaaS
Additionally, experience in one of the following:
Deep understanding and experience in back-office operations such as accounting, finance, billing, and order management
Deep understanding and experience in the inter-company transaction domain
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Project management experience in product development
Experience in Agile or Scrum development
Experience in formulating product strategies based on user data analysis
Experience in product development with overseas engineers
Language Requirements
English: fluent, both verbal and written
Japanese: NOT required, but having Japanese proficiency is a plus

Integrate continuous feedback loops and iterate quickly to improve platform usability. Ensure all Mesh Experience features reinforce the "data-as-a-product" mindset and support adoption.#Drive Communication & Alignment Maintain active channels (Slack, monthly showcases, team updates, wins, success stories). Communicate expectations, standards, and timelines clearly. Highlight wins and success stories to build momentum. Curate external content that is relevant to our transformation e.g. Databricks newsletter#Monitor Adoption Keep track of progress of rollout, leader boards, and raise blockers with appropriate stakeholders. Use data to highlight platform adoption, culture change, wins and challenges. Produce clear and compelling summaries on adoption progress and also to enable decision making. Silicon Validation (SoC Solution) Manager

The Solution Development Team's primary goal is to provide competitive solutions that meet our customers' specific requirements by achieving high performance and low power consumption for automotive SoCs. We discuss design specifications from the SoC development stage and, after package release, develop ARM-based firmware for board-level post-silicon validation. We also develop evaluation boards for SoC bring-up, verification and user software development. Another key task is establishing a System-level test (SLT) environment for SoC mass production verification. Verification of IPs embedded in automotive SoCs such as high-speed interface (PCIe, MPHY, USB, etc), memory interface (LPDDR5x) and Analog IPs (ADC, DAC, Temperature Sensor, etc.) Characteristic measurement of SoC such as power, voltage margin, etc. ARM-based embedded firmware for SoC IP verification and S/W development for test automation.
