#Game Designer: Design and develop engaging midcore games on the platform. Brainstorm and pitch innovative gameplay concepts with strong replayability and social engagement. Create and iterate on core gameplay loops, progression systems, rewards, balancing, and moment-to-moment player experience. Prototype game mechanics, game modes, levels, and events quickly to validate gameplay ideas. Work closely with developers, artists, and other stakeholders to bring game concepts from idea to launch. Prepare clear game design documentation, gameplay flows, and feature specifications for implementation.#Performance Optimization: Optimize game design for performance and player retention, providing regular updates and improvements exclusively for the games you are working on. Analyze player data and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Retention 2, Retention 7 to make informed design decisions within the scope of these games. Continuously iterate on game features and mechanics to enhance user experience and retention rates in the games you are working on. Conduct regular reporting on performance improvements and their impact on player retention metrics.
