JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in product management, particularly with web platforms and user-facing features. Experience with mobile platforms is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability in managing platforms or products aimed at job seekers, with a thorough understanding of user concerns.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies and a robust foundation in data-driven decision-making.
Skills:
Profound analytical skills and the capacity to extract insights from user data to propel product enhancements.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on the user's needs.
Proficiency in managing intricate projects and prioritizing based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
