JOB DESCRIPTION

Development of product strategy and roadmap
Designing user experience
Creating innovative features
Managing collaboration and stakeholders
Making decisions based on data
Supporting and advocating for job seekers
Assisting with product launch and marketing efforts

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in product management, particularly with web platforms and user-facing features. Experience with mobile platforms is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability in managing platforms or products aimed at job seekers, with a thorough understanding of user concerns.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies and a robust foundation in data-driven decision-making.
Skills:
Profound analytical skills and the capacity to extract insights from user data to propel product enhancements.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on the user's needs.
Proficiency in managing intricate projects and prioritizing based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
