Senior Product Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a passionate Senior Product Owner to grow our product, as well as coordinate with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is desired.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product roadmap to achieve product strategy and product vision.
Accountable for a clear set of business and product metrics.
Combining data, market research, and industry best practices to understand the problems, identify the opportunities to create value.
Driving the effort to transform business problems into validated and effective solutions.
Working in close collaboration with business owners, customer teams and engineering, design teams to prioritize and grow the product, maximize value for customers.
Measuring the results introduced by new changes, deciding and communicating the success or failures, identifying the key learnings, and sharing with the rest of the team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

3+ years of work experience as a product owner/product manager.
You understand the process to build software from end-to-end.
You are well organized and have great attention to detail.
You have a can-do attitude and are willing to work hands-on.
Experience with client-facing, on multiple projects at the same time
Experience from successfully delivering high quality especially consumer-facing products is a big plus.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in working with agile / scrum methodologies
Experience in working with UX & UI design is a plus

Responsible for managing the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value.
