JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of Program Delivery is to manage day-to-day project activities, internal team management, and stakeholder communication, as well as resource management and reporting. This role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Program Delivery team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering development projects and campaign workstreams that encompass strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. They will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and project teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring project success.
Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager include prioritizing deliverables and resources across multiple projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, managing workstreams, and utilizing project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Coda. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating project statuses, and ensuring project timelines are met are also key aspects of the role.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experienced in managing multiple interactive projects from discovery to implementation.
Skilled in project management and mentorship.
Able to ensure project team meets objectives on time and on budget.
Proficient in identifying potential problems and providing proactive solutions.
Recognizes Stakeholders' needs and ensures solutions are aligned with objectives.
Manages Stakeholders' expectations and solicits feedback to deliver high-quality service.
Communicates project status and recommendations to Stakeholders and team members.
Identifies opportunities for improvements and follows project management methodologies.
Background in projects requiring agile methodologies.
Experienced in team management, task allocation, and prioritization.
Managed project resources in a timely manner for a consolidated resource pool.
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
