JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning and prioritizing deliverables and resources across multiple projects involving creative, strategy, and tech teams to produce outstanding digital products
Focusing on goals and solutions of all sizes
Serving as the key point for delivery across workstreams while staying updated on daily project activities
Working closely with team members of all disciplines
Utilizing project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Coda
Being the stakeholder-facing project manager and establishing strong relationships
Communicating project statuses internally and externally
Adapting to meet deliverable requirements, managing change and risk, and overseeing numerous digital campaign projects
Ensuring that all project timelines are established and communicated to meet expected launch dates for all projects

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experienced in managing multiple interactive projects, including discovery, design, technical development, and implementation.
Previous experience in management or mentorship roles.
Proficient in ensuring project teams meet objectives, goals, timeline, and budget, while ensuring the quality and integrity of the end result.
Skilled in monitoring project risks and scope creep to anticipate and address potential problems.
Capable of identifying Stakeholders' unrecognized needs and linking solutions to objectives and future needs.
Proficient in managing Stakeholders' expectations, delivering high-quality service, and acting on their feedback.
Able to communicate project status and strategic recommendations to Stakeholders and team members and escalate issues through appropriate channels.
Proactive in identifying opportunities, delivering improvements, and adhering to project management methodologies and processes.
Background in projects requiring agile methodologies.
Experience in team management, task allocation, and prioritization.
Proficient in maintaining and securing project resources in a timely manner.
At least 5+ years of project management experience.
Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
