Senior QA (M3)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our APAC technology team and to ensure overall product quality standards are met. You will work to form a deeper understanding of best practices, processes and testing skills. You will lead and build test plans for all projects that you are involved in. You'll constantly seek to better understand the client and their business needs as they strive for overall quality perfection. At our company, it's not only about depth in technology, but ongoing incubation and experimentation as to how to apply technology. Every technologist at our company helps bring ideas to reality.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least a 3-5 years of experience on or partnership with, a development team executing and planning testing.
Experience testing with front end web technologies like Javascript, HTML/CSS.
Understands and uses chrome developer tools, Firebug or other inspect developer tools.
Knowledge on agile testing, exploratory testing and other testing techniques and know how to debug an error.
Able to conduct compatibility tests for web products across multiple devices, OS, browsers, screen sizes.
Comfortable with applying accessibility concepts into projects.
Understands agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum) and has used platforms like Jira, Figma, devops, etc.
Ability to interact at all levels and collaborate in daily working relationships and cross-departmental team environments.
A positive and pragmatic approach to problem solving, and a grasp of how to search for problems and articulate them in a clear and concise manner.
A hunger and curiosity about new tools and processes -- and enjoyment sharing that knowledge with others.
Able to apply test methodology, engineering and product knowledge in the design of tests and testing strategies.
Able to learn and apply test automation, API testing and other testing types in order to improve the testing practices in projects when needed.
Able to identify requirements, design and software defects, analyze defect causes, assist with resolutions and communicate issues.
Comfortable with leading and having the inner drive to mentor junior QAs.
Comfortable and Experience with speaking English to stakeholders in the US and global team members.
Having prior experience in testing website, website builder and CMS is a plus
