Our client is a leading provider of data protection and site recovery solutions for virtualized environments

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee an overhaul of our current quality assurance practices
Collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, and senior business stakeholders, while prioritizing customer impact.

JOB REQUIREMENT

10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 5+ years in a QA management role.
Proven track record of building and scaling QA teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Must have experience managing a team of at least 10 manual testers.
Hands-on experience writing automated tests in at least one language (JavaScript, Python, Java). Proven experience designing or maintaining test automation frameworks and using automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines).
Experience managing an automation team of 5+ engineers
Ability to strategically assess and guide the use of generative AI in QA workflows, even without direct implementation responsibilities.
Experience implementing QA metrics and driving improvements in efficiency, automation, and product quality.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
