JOB DESCRIPTION

Test Design & Execution - Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive test cases for web and mobile applications, ensuring thorough documentation, reporting, and communication (all in English).
Reporting & Analysis - Create detailed test reports, solid test plans, and insightful bug analyses, enabling informed decision-making post-testing.
Quality Advocacy - Drive product quality improvements by refining system requirements and enhancing the UAT process, proposing and implementing custom improvement plans.
Risk Management - Engage early in projects to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, such as bugs, ambiguities, and timeline disruptions.
Continuous Improvement - Implement strategies to prevent recurring issues and constantly refine testing processes, ensuring long-term efficiency.
Automation Testing - Autify, Playwright, MagicPod
Backend - Ruby on Rails, Go, Amazon Aurora (MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
Frontend - Nuxt.js/Vue.js, ReactJS
Mobile App - Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
CI/CD & Version Control - CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
Collaboration & Design Tools - Swagger, Docker, ZenHub, Figma

JOB REQUIREMENT

Alignment with the company's mission and values.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in testing Web Services and Mobile Applications.
Proven experience in developing comprehensive test cases, executing test suites, and meticulously reporting test results.
Experience in security testing OR performance testing.
Good command of both spoken and written English for daily work communication.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within development projects using English as the primary language.
Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and researching new technologies.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Previous experience in a web or mobile product development setting.
Experience working within different corporate cultures.
Proficiency in Japanese language is an advantage.
Experience with API testing (e.g., using tools like Postman, RestAssured).
