Senior QA/QC Test Engineer/Designer (Japanese N2+)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in search of a Test Designer fluent in Japanese to contribute to various aspects of application development and management. They will be responsible for manual test case administration, coordinating with stakeholders, and collaborating with the product manager. The Test Designer will work in a small team, known as a Squad, to handle everything from design to development, testing, and operation.
Analyzing, designing, and executing tests for web and mobile applications
Generating test reports
Ensuring high product quality and accuracy in system requirement definition and UAT process improvement
Detecting and responding to risk factors such as bugs and schedules in the early stages of a project
Planning and implementing measures to prevent problem recurrence
Automation Test: Autify
Backend: Ruby (on Rails), Go, Amazon Aurora (MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
FrontEnd: Nuxt.js/Vue.js, ReactJS
Mobile App: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
Deploy/ Build: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
Others: Swagger, Docker, ZenHub, Figma

JOB REQUIREMENT

Alignment with company's mission and values
Minimum 3 years of experience in testing Web Service and Mobile Applications
Proficiency in developing test cases, executing tests and reporting test results
Experience in Security or Performance testing
Japanese language proficiency at N1/N2 level
Effective communication skills in development projects
Strong English communication abilities
Previous QA/QC involvement in Japanese projects
Aptitude for identifying trends and researching new technologies
Prior employment in web development or related industries
