Senior Quality Assurance

As a Senior Quality Control Analyst on the team, you will participate with a team of dedicated engineers using Agile processes to deliver solid quality software. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also evaluate and enhance our overall quality plan that encompasses applications, high performance back-end service and user experience and mobile applications. 

Coordinate quality aspects of a project throughout specific software development process methodology and project management software tools

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases and conduct complex testing, troubleshooting and analyzing tasks on various phase(s) of software development lifecycle.

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and involve into causal analysis and resolution.

Reflect the accurate picture of deliverable quality level and with the improvement plan with engineering team to improve the quality.

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs.

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and business users on User Acceptance Testing

Liaise with vendors and manage them on all testing activities to ensure quality of final deliverables.

Directly report to PM/Scrum Master in the account 

Minimum 4-year experience in Testing or equivalent

Good experience in planning, preparing, managing &controlling and closing test

Good knowledge in risk -based testing, structure-based Testing which covers Condition testing/Decision Coverage Testing, Exploring Testing and Testing software quality characteristics to perform well test analysis and design as well as execution.

Good knowledge in Integration and Information Interchange between multi systems/platforms and how to analyze, design, execute test cases to maximize Integration Test Coverage .

Good quality control and management experience with solid architectural understanding.

Experience in doing test on various platforms and technologies and have skills for timely detection and elimination of errors.

Proven track record in managing and overseeing the quality of work deliverables throughout project lifecycle.

Strong knowledge on software development/testing process, especially software analysis & design and implementation workflow in Agile-Scrum project

Good experience with User Acceptance Test and Production Support is desirable

Have background on Investment/Financial/Insurance is a plus

Good experience in English writing and verbal communication

Quality Control Professional certificates (ISTQB, etc.) is preferred.

Good presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, communication skills and strong working group ability

Education and Experience required: Bachelor degree is required; Masters' degree or higher is desired
