JOB DESCRIPTION

Prioritize shift-left testing and prioritize automation for early and frequent testing
Develop automated tests during build and regression phases and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline
Prepare and execute test plans, and generate test summary reports for features developed by your team
Review solution documentation, and assist with analyzing, testing, and resolving issues
Contribute to defining user story acceptance criteria and ensuring high-quality standards are met
Encourage the team to prioritize Quality and provide training to enhance developers' testing skills
Handle other assigned tasks from your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam as needed

JOB REQUIREMENT

Ideally, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 3 years focused on automation in Web, Mobile, and API testing. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
The technologies utilized in our quality practices include:
Programming experience in Java, Typescript, or equivalent languages
Familiarity with QTest, JIRA, Confluence
Knowledge of testing tools such as PACT, Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, TestNG, Playwright, Selenium, JMeter, or Loadrunner
Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating in a global software development environment.
Proficiency in Selenium Webdriver based automation or similar testing frameworks.
Prior experience in testing Microservice-based systems.
Expertise in API contract-based testing, such as PACT.
Experience in creating automation test cases using the page-Object model.
Sound understanding of testing methodologies that cover test levels, static tests, and dynamic testing.
Ability to implement automated test cases in a well-organized manner.
Capable of working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Possess the skills to coach and motivate developers to ensure high testability of their features.
Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
ISTQB Certification
Previous experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
Exposure to AWS and cloud-native architecture
Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD, GitHub, SonarQube, Gradle, JFrog
