Our client is a quantitative trading platform based in Singapore

JOB DESCRIPTION

During the initial phase, you will collaborate directly with the lead quant trader to carry out the following tasks:
Implement key components of a high performance, scalable, reusable trading system.
Integrate trading team's system into core team's systems, striking the right balance between abstraction and speed.
Expand the trading team's cloud infrastructure for large scale AI/ML research, data pipeline, and ML Ops.
In the continuous expansion phase, you will work with other team members to define and implement new trading ideas and contribute to the architecture of the trading team's initial system.
Provide guidance and support to junior developers and quants.

JOB REQUIREMENT

6+ years of experience in C++ development, new versions
Strong understanding of low-latency design principles
3+ years of experience in Python development
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices
Proficient in using shell scripting for automation tasks and SQL databases
Understanding of low-level networking (UDP/TCP)
Ability to think quickly and decisively and perform well in a dynamic and demanding environment
Balances pragmatism with a desire for quality work
Ambitious and interested in contributing to the success of new teams
Open-minded, able to propose ideas and provide constructive feedback on others' ideas
