Senior Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategy, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of current market trends, excellent networking skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and departments, from developing job descriptions to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent, utilizing marketing and social media strategies to promote job openings and company culture.
Recruitment Metrics: Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.
Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process and providing feedback.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior recruiters and provide training on sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and best practices in recruitment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for various roles across multiple functions.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
