Senior Recruitment Consultant - Digital Team

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines
Work with the sourcing team and the campaign manager to address the right candidates (they will provide support searching for CVs and running email/SMS campaigns)
Work with the recruitment admin and the communications team to get the jobs posted on the company's website, job boards, and social media
Manage candidate networks, built trust and maintain a good rapport with candidates (communicated with job applicants, responded candidate mails, answered call about jobs)
Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values
Facilitate English and technical on-line tests and also facilitate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure the expectations of the candidates and those of the company are both met
Maintain daily updates on recruitment systems (Jira & Bullhorn)
Participate in daily short meetings with the Team/Manager
Organize the on-boarding, initial training, follow-up training process for new junior level team members
Act as a supervisor for junior level team members
Carry out other tasks when assigned by TA Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

3 -5 years of experience in the IT field including at least 1-2 years’ experience in the same role and level
Demonstrated experience in successfully operating large scale recruit campaign and training activity
Experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (a big plus)
Ability to communicate in English fluently (required)
