Senior Recruitment Consultant - VDC

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with the sourcing team and the campaign manager to address the right candidates (they will support you in searching CVs and running email/SMS campaigns)
Work with the recruitment admin and the communications team to get the jobs posted on the company's website, job boards, and social media
Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values
Facilitate English and technical on-line tests and also facilitate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure the expectations of the candidates and those of the company are both met
Maintain daily updates on recruitment systems (Jira & Bullhorn)
Participate in daily short meetings with the Team/Manager
Have regular meetings with the hiring managers to update about the process, candidate pipeline, results, challenges and solutions

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in end-2-end recruitment (sourcing until on-boarding)
Experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (a big plus)
Ability to communicate in English fluently (required)
A high-performance record and a valuable industry network
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills
Be result-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident, self-disciplined and a self-starter

KPI by quarter (can achieve 5mil - 40mil VND)
