Senior RTL Engineer (HCM)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Developing synthesizable RTL (Verilog / SystemVerilog) for IP blocks and subsystems based on micro-architecture specifications.
Implementing clean, scalable, and reusable IP RTL following coding guidelines and industry best practices.
Designing and maintaining wrappers, parameterized RTL, and configuration logic.
Integrating IPs into subsystem / SoC-level hierarchies.
Ensuring correct clock, reset, power, and interface connectivity.
Supporting AMBA-based interfaces (AXI/APB/AHB) and peripheral protocols (SPI, I2C, UART).
Conducting RTL quality checks and signoff including lint, CDC, and RDC analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in HDLs such as Verilog and SystemVerilog
Familiarity with RTL Quality Tools including SpyGlass Lint, CDC, and RDC
Experience with Questa CDC, VC-RDC (or equivalent) for verification
Competency in simulation and debug tools such as VCS, Questa, Xcelium, Verdi, and DVE
Ability to program in Python, Perl, and Shell scripting for automation purposes
Completed B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Demonstrated strong analytical and debugging skills
Effective communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days working in the office and flexible hours.
Salary is negotiable based on candidate expectations.
Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves annually, which includes 12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves.
The insurance plan includes coverage based on full salary, a 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses.
A monthly meal allowance of 730,000 VND is provided.
Employees receive 100% full salary and benefits from the start of employment.
Medical benefits are extended to the employee and their family.
The work environment is fast-paced, flexible, and multicultural with opportunities for travel to 49 countries.
The company provides complimentary snacks, refreshments, and parking facilities.
Internal training programs covering technical, functional, and English language skills are offered.
The regular working hours are from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM on Mondays to Fridays, inclusive of meal breaks.
