Senior Salesforce Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Salesforce technologies:
Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining large enterprise Salesforce platforms/applications with various integration levels and a combination of all marketing/ sales/ service clouds needed.
Expertise in defining large enterprise software systems and mapping use cases into the desired solution architecture.
Communicate with Customer/onsite team to get/clarify the requirements via email/telephone/video conference.
Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
Provide the guidelines on coding standards to team members, review their code and define deployment process.
Recommend solutions in order to improve the quality and performance of projects and help to ensure that the delivery meets customer's expectations.
Write technical and user guide documentations.
Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute proof of concept projects. Demonstrate success in the initial POC work to establish integrations from Salesforce to AI/BI applications.
Capable of leading a team during the implementation, deployment and run operation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Good written and verbal skills in English (mandatory) Excellent communication and collaboration
skills French speaking is a plus
3-5 years of relevant work experience in consulting and implementing Salesforce projects
Integrations from Salesforce to AI/BI applications is a plus
Experience in Apex, Aura/Lightning Web Component, Automation Tools (Flow, Approval Process, etc.), Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc. How to apply AI in Salesforce configuration and development
Knowledge of Salesforce consultant, configuration such as permissions, data access controls, reports, dashboards, etc.
Experience in APIs and integrations
Experience working on an Agile development team
Experience in software development and tools/frameworks (Java, Azure, Python, React, etc.) outside of the Salesforce ecosystem
Good at analyzing & problem solving, teamwork, generates enthusiasm among team members
Experience in insurance projects is an advantage
Experience in branching, merging development and deployment process (CI/CD)
Salesforce certificates are an advantage
