JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee a team of Finance specialists and support with solution configuration (configuration experience required).
Guide the establishment of solution design practices and standards aligned with SAP best practices.
Quickly grasp customer business processes and IT landscape and anticipate potential challenges.
Conduct design workshops (Blueprint), assessments, and planning sessions.
Collaborate effectively with customer business teams & project teams.
Translate business goals into suitable solutions and evaluate feasibility and optimization.
Estimate work effort and create work plans.
Cultivate and manage relationships with diverse business, functional, and technical teams.
Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in planning, designing, and implementing financial solutions within SAP.
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Extensive involvement in 2-3 end-to-end SAP project implementations.
Familiarity with software development life cycle and methodologies.
Proficient in English communication.
Ability to understand and evaluate both current and future business processes.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, as well as localization.
Capable of providing consultation on FI processes to clients and translating business processes into the SAP system.
Skilled in SAP configuration, testing, and training users.
Adept at mentoring and supporting team members.
Experience working with S/4 HANA.

In this role, you will serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the tech team in Vietnam. You will be involved in different workstreams such as assessing business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define experiences, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and delivering impactful experiences to end users. Undertake the role of the Product Owner, making prioritization decisions and managing backlog independently and proactively. Contribute to creating and managing the roadmap. Act as a liaison between stakeholders in the US and the tech team in Vietnam, ensuring alignment and addressing impediments. Draft detailed feature requirements and user stories and effectively communicate them to creative and technology teams. Proactively identify and document edge cases, error states, and non-happy path scenarios to ensure comprehensive feature design before development commences. Identify and communicate key dependencies, risks, and blockers. Assist in the end-to-end delivery of features, from definition to launch. Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving defects. Maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, coordinate change, and manage expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for technical and business queries and translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear, actionable specifications with no room for interpretation. Anticipate the impact of new features on existing systems to prevent regression or logic conflicts.
