JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead Iteration/Scrum and ART events, provide coaching for self-organization and cross-functionality, and identify and remove impediments hindering team productivity.
Track backlog progress, encourage continual improvement, and champion agility throughout the product life cycle.
Oversee issue coordination and resolution, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate regular status reporting on project management.
Facilitate Agile team's day-to-day operations, in conjunction with assigned project management tasks.
Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver business value.
Coach employees and stakeholders on Scrum practices and promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration.
Work with fellow Scrum Masters to enhance the effectiveness of teams and ART in the organization.
Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, coach new teams in non-Agile environments, and drive the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams in adopting and optimizing Agile methodologies, tools, and practices.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written)
At least 7 years of relevant experience, with 2 years specifically as a Scrum Master.
Expertise in Lean-Agile mindset and Frameworks such as Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Proven track record of implementing Agile best practices and standards, as well as mentoring and coaching junior practitioners.
Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SSM)
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira
Previous experience within the Fintech industry.
A Master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Management program, or an MBA.
SAFe certifications - SSM, SASM, ASE, PMI-ACP, etc.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
