I have 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team

I am responsible for ensuring the quality of agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives

I can offer constructive and timely feedback to delivery team members and stakeholders

I am adept at resolving conflicts within or between delivery teams and stakeholders

I possess the ability to negotiate priorities and timelines with stakeholders

Good English communication skills are essential

I make sure that the delivery team commits to their definition of done

I am diligent, enthusiastic, and highly responsible

Competitive salary based on candidate's qualifications and company's general salary structure.

Performance-based salary reviews every 6 months (starting from the official service contract date, excluding 2 months of probationary period) for basic salaries below 30,000,000 VND. For those with basic salaries above 30,000,000 VND, reviews will be conducted annually.
