JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop cutting-edge, responsive websites utilizing the latest frontend technologies and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) as well as Cloud platforms and API integrations.
Offer technical insight to various teams, such as assessing the viability of a new feature for the user experience team.
Collaborate with Senior Engineers to create sophisticated dynamic web applications using digital stacks.
Work closely with internal teams to produce, assess, test, and troubleshoot intricate, accessible, and W3C-compliant data-oriented web applications that integrate with client systems, web services, and third-party APIs.
Implement programming best practices and standard methodologies including design review documentation, object-oriented development, and in-line comments for maintainable and scalable code.
Operate in an agile development environment focusing on speed and prototyping.
Engage in discussions with design and other departments to understand requirements, propose implementation strategies, and offer feedback.
Assist the QA team in developing and executing test plans to ensure software quality and resolve any issues.
Provide ongoing application support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Mentor junior team members by offering coaching and guidance.
Collaborate with clients on enhancements and improvements post-launch.
Coordinate with teams across different locations, including nearshore and offshore teams.

JOB REQUIREMENT

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team, with a passion for contributing to extensive web projects and adapting to diverse clients and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience in development teams, with proficiency in agile methodologies and collaboration with various professionals.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES202x) and Typescript.
Demonstrated experience in creating and managing server-side applications and APIs using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
Hands-on expertise in crafting RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and integration with them.
Proficiency in modern styling solutions, including CSS3, Sass, and TailwindCSS.
Knowledge of design tokens, scalable styling architectures, Storybook handling, and design system development.
Experience with modern bundlers like Webpack, Vite, Turbopack.
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments; preferred familiarity with CDN/edge deployments (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare).
Competency in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) database design and management.
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and their core services.
Sound knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and inclusive design principles.
Proficient in incorporating accessibility standards into design systems and component libraries.
Experienced in performance profiling, Lighthouse audits, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
Proficient in working within a fast-paced, iterative development environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
Additional Skills:
Understanding of frontend architecture patterns like modular design, component-driven development, micro-frontends, and monorepos.
Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.
Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms like Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or Contentstack.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation; considered a strong advantage.
