We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our global Business Analysis craft with Business Analysts in the USA, UK, COL, IND and VN to serve our clients in the Americas, and build innovative products that make a significant impact on our clients' business. In this position, you will act as the bridge between our stakeholders and the tech team in Vietnam. You'll have the opportunity to work on various workstreams: assessing business value, partnering with cross-functional crafts to define experiences, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and delivering impactful experiences to end user Play a Product Owner role, proactively and independently making prioritization decisions and driving backlog. Contribute to roadmap creation and management. Serve as a bridge between our stakeholders in the US and the tech team members in Vietnam, and be able to align expectations and remove impediments. Write detailed feature requirements and user stories, and communicate to creative & technology teams. Proactively identify and document edge cases, error states, and non-happy path scenarios to ensure robust feature design before development begins. Identify and communicate key dependencies, risks, and blockers. Support end-to-end feature delivery, from definition to launch. Assist with defect identification, prioritization, and resolution. Communicate with key stakeholders to guarantee alignment, coordinate change, and manage expectations Act as the primary filter for technical and business doubts; translate 'vague' stakeholder requests into concrete, actionable specifications that leave no room for interpretation. Anticipate downstream impacts of new features on existing systems to prevent regression or logic conflicts.

Develop and expand distributed systems to handle large volumes of sensory, telemetry, and control data across cloud and edge environments, facilitating real-time connections for fleets of robots. Create the API Platform with a focus on high reliability, exceptional developer experience, and robust multimodal AI capabilities accessible through user-friendly APIs and SDKs. Establish extensive training and inference platforms for foundation models used in robot autonomy, teleoperation, and developer integrations. Devise data ingestion and streaming pipelines for real-time connectivity of robot fleets to the cloud, covering various data inputs such as video, LiDAR, joint states, and audio. Oversee and advance a modern cloud native infrastructure stack employing Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code tools. Ensure platform reliability through telemetry, monitoring, alerting, autoscaling, failover, and disaster recovery measures. Make infrastructure decisions pertaining to distributed storage, consensus protocols, GPU orchestration, network reliability, and API security. Foster collaboration across ML, robotics, and product teams to facilitate hardware in the loop simulation, policy rollout, continuous learning, and CI/CD workflows. Implement secure APIs featuring fine-grained access control, usage metering, rate limiting, and billing integration to accommodate a growing user base.
