Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is working on global products, revolutionizing how people and businesses use the internet to instill confidence in every online interaction

JOB DESCRIPTION

Building and maintaining high-scale ML pipelines using big data technologies (Spark, BigQuery, Delta Lake), writing reliable, testable, and maintainable production-ready code.
Leveraging modern ML platforms like Vertex AI or Databricks to orchestrate workflows and optimizing models for both batch/offline training and real-time/streaming inference with a focus on low latency.
Gaining a deep understanding of specific domain challenges (e.g., fraud detection, location spoofing) to engineer better features and network-level intelligence that go beyond algorithms.
Championing best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and documentation to ensure ML systems are built to software engineering standards, not just research scripts.
Acting as a technical lead for projects, defining milestones and ensuring on-time delivery, mentoring Data Scientists on engineering best practices, and collaborating with other engineers to integrate models into the wider platform.

JOB REQUIREMENT

You are skilled in both Software Engineering and Data Science, with a focus on system design, algorithms, clean code, statistical analysis, model selection, and evaluation.
You have a successful history of implementing ML models at a large scale and have the ability to write code to wrap, serve, and scale these models.
You are open to incorporating AI into your workflow and using AI-assisted tools to expedite development, refactor code, and efficiently solve problems. You are experienced in Databricks or Vertex AI and can build pipelines in these environments.
You are driven and can independently lead complex technical projects from ideation to execution. Moreover, you are proficient in English, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborating across departments.
You have a keen interest in delving into domain knowledge to uncover hidden trends and anomalies. Experience in fraud detection or anomaly detection is an added advantage.

Product Engineer (Flutter)

Ho Chi Minh - Viet Nam

Product

Own products and features from beginning to end - originate ideas, understand the strategy and goals behind them, ship to production with real users, iterate on feedback, and stay responsible for their ongoing success. Scope features and projects, including writing handover / technical design documents (as built) - the person who built a feature is the best person to document it. Improve application performance - ship technical improvements that make the product faster, more stable, and ready to scale. Sweat the UI and interaction details - crafting a clean, pleasant experience is a daily habit, not an afterthought. Improve how we work, not just what we build: refine development processes, drive improvements in code quality and engineering best practices - and hold a zero-bug standard: bugs get fixed promptly, not stockpiled in a backlog. Work closely with designers to craft thoughtful UX/UI - ship and own the basic experience using the design system, deciding when to bring in design to polish - and collaborate with the Customer Success team to learn how the product is actually being used. Bring a tester's mindset - testing is part of building, not someone else's job. You own the quality of what you ship and stand behind it.
