JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and maintain a robust product software framework to support the expansion and adaptation of our AI product for different enterprise customers.
Design and implement scalable software architectures and systems to facilitate rapid development and integration of new features.
Create reusable components, libraries, and tools for efficient product development and extension.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Ensure well-documented, well-tested software that follows best practices for quality and maintainability.
Improve software development processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest trends in software engineering to incorporate new technologies and techniques.
Provide technical guidance to other developers for knowledge sharing and skill development.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team to address technical challenges and ensure high-quality code.
Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap based on software engineering expertise.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in Python programming and building software systems.
Familiarity with cloud-based services like Azure or AWS.
Understanding of software development principles, practices, and best methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to high-quality code and best practices with documentation.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Experience in SAAS and real-time messaging systems.
Knowledge of generative AI systems.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS services.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and similar technologies.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in developing scalable and distributed systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with technology advancements.
Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
