Senior Solution Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities as Senior Solution Architect will include:
Architecting, developing and deploying modern MACH architectural patterns/techniques (Micro Front-end, Microservices, DDD, TDD)
Design secure, performant, scalable and testable components for our architecture and execute its development using modern frameworks, e.g., Spring framework
Participate in the Discovermarket Platform Design Committee and be responsible for the end to end solution architecture and deliverables which covers Web App, API, Database, DevSecOps, Cloud infrastructure.
Lead the API First approach, design & development of RESTful APIs and microservices-based solution leveraging containers (Kubernetes, Docker) technologies.
Demonstrate strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)
Document all design artifacts and engineering practices in a structured manner
Take ownership and design the developer experience in a way that teams can operate autonomously and with high agility.
Lead Application Data Architecture and Design to build reusable, scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Lead the development of new features for our platform, delivering to our quality standard.
Hold yourself accountable to high engineering standards, pay special attention to performance and scalability
Collaboration with architects, engineers and project teams to ensure architectural principles are met and built and act as a change agent
Write structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
Utilize rapid prototyping techniques to accelerate time-to-market for our customers
Trend scouting around new technology

JOB REQUIREMENT

Essential:
Recent 3+ years of modern architecture with recent 3+ years of Insurance (preferred), Banking, Fintech, or e-commerce domain.
10-15 years experience with architecting, developing, and deploying modern cloud native solutions
12+ years experience in software engineering
3+ years experience with designing cloud-native and multi-tenancy solutions for managing highly complex business rules within the cloud ecosystem and cloud infrastructure
Extensive experience working with microservices-based architectures
Exposure to enterprise-grade standards of security, risk, and regulation,…
Ability to decompose complex issues, find solutions and summarise
Manage and work autonomously on projects
Strong attention to detail and follow-up
