Senior Solution Engineer

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a global provider of industry-specific software for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services businesses

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide coaching and mentorship to Solution Engineers to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, interpret client technical needs, lead technical discussions, provide custom demonstrations, and execute technical proofs-of-concept.
Deliver technical presentations on products, oversee POC and trial processes with clients.
Foster strong business relationships by showcasing technical expertise, understanding performance characteristics, and establishing credibility.
Influence potential clients by highlighting the value and benefits of products, illustrating product architectures, and aiding in cost evaluation and pricing.
Gather and present requirements to the Product Development team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience.
Proven track record of supporting both direct and channel sales.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is required, with knowledge in Distribution and Financial being a bonus.
Demonstrated experience in delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.
Successful candidates may have experience working for ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).
5+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated success and knowledge.
2+ years of specialized industry experience.
Holding a university degree in Industrial Engineering is an added advantage.
