Senior SWQA Test Developer Engineer, SDET

Evaluate and establish product necessities, and create a test matrix.

Create a testing strategy, outline test scenarios, conduct testing, and communicate progress, issues, and outcomes to the relevant stakeholders.

Automate test scenarios and contribute to the development and implementation of testing frameworks.

Oversee the bug management process and collaborate with other teams to seek resolutions.

Recreate and validate customer problems and solutions internally.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in the field along with 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Proficiency in Unix/Linux and programming skills in shell/python.

Extensive experience in developing test cases, automating API/UI tests, and conducting failure analysis.

Strong familiarity with AI development tools, involving creating and automating test cases, and ensuring thorough code coverage.

Knowledge and practical experience in model testing and LLM benchmarking.

Sound understanding of Quality Assurance, including attention to detail, problem-solving, data analysis, and knowledge of quality standards.

Effective communication skills in written and verbal English.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Keen interest in learning advanced technology.
