JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and enhance graphics technologies to translate the Art Director's visual direction into real-time environments.
Quickly prototype art-centric features and improve production efficiency.
Set up performance and optimization standards and offer technical assistance for ensuring stable output.
Create tools, automate processes, and aid in enhancing artists' productivity through pipeline improvements.
Produce shaders and visual effects using Unreal Engine and Unity's rendering systems.
Work in collaboration with Art, Tech, and Production teams to resolve intricate visual-technical issues and maintain consistency across pipelines.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency with Unreal Engine (4.x-5.x) projects.
Practical knowledge of Unity-based production workflows.
Comprehensive understanding of rendering pipelines, material systems, and lighting fundamentals.
Experience in creating and optimizing Landscape, HLOD, and large-scale world content.
Proficiency in Python or C++ for tool development, automation, and pipeline scripting.
Strong skills in shader development and diagnosing performance bottlenecks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Art and Tech teams.
Understanding of virtual streamers and content and performance production.
Experience with procedural art workflows using Niagara, Houdini, Substance, or similar tools.
Familiarity with collaborative version-control systems such as Perforce.
Experience in creating AR/VR content or interactive real-time experiences.
Integration of AI models into production pipelines (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, etc.) or building custom image/video generation workflows.
Experience using hands-on image/video generation AI models (Nano Banana, Flux, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.).
Ability to fine-tune custom AI models using LoRA, ControlNet, or similar techniques and deploy them as APIs.
