(Senior) Technical Business Analyst (IAM)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading conversations with stakeholders to establish Segregation of Duties requirement.
Gathering and documenting business requirements and bridging the gap between business and technology.
Evaluating and presenting different solution choices for risky combinations in business processes.
Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Assisting in the distribution and management of IAM services for diverse SOD requirements.
Offering support to end-users and providing training on IAM (SOD rules/SOD matrix) solutions as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Familiarity with the banking sector and knowledge of business processes within financial institutions.
Knowledge of IAM principles and disciplines, including audit and governance.
Familiarity with SOD terminologies.
Previous experience in IAM design and consulting.
Familiarity with risk management tools such as the GRACE governance, risk and compliance platform.
Experience in supporting and maintaining SailPoint identity IQ/GIT.
