Senior Technical ERP Consultant

Design and implement solutions on the Odoo ERP platform.

Lead technical aspects of projects and mentor junior developers.

Perform FIT/GAP analysis to align Odoo solutions with client needs.

Collaborate with coworkers and clients to gather and analyze requirements.

Optimize code and troubleshoot performance issues.

Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance.

Prepare technical documentation and provide post-deployment support

 

Technical skills: ERP system, Python development, system integration, data migration, cloud, DevOps, cyber security, etc.

English communication skills: 100% of our clients are businesses in the US.

You will be in an English-speaking environment and have ample opportunities to communicate directly with clients and coworkers in the US.

BA skills: you will participate in analyzing and documenting business processes of typical companies in the US.

Tech Lead and PM skills: you're expected to lead ERP implementation projects with team sizes ranging from a few to over 10 members.

an ERP Solution Architect who can design and implement software solutions to help businesses operate efficiently.

a Consulting Manager who can lead complex IT projects and work directly with decision makers on the client side.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

4+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience using Python language

2+ years of experience with business software (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, supply chain, logistics, etc.) on popular platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Infor, Epicor, Oracle, etc.

Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with web services and integrations (REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, MessageQueue, SQL, etc.)

Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages as required.

 

Advanced-level English communication (B1 equivalent)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
