JOB DESCRIPTION

Engage with international stakeholders from various sectors and partners to accomplish project objectives
Take accountability for meeting project targets and KPIs within specified deadlines, budget, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with program and project management, internal sub-project teams, external partners, and customers to establish project targets and provide regular project updates
Assist in securing new customers by creating custom presentations related to software domains in close collaboration with project, product management, and sales
Support the development process for Tier 2 suppliers to ensure successful implementation of projects, including applying project management tools and defining software development processes
Participate in setting up an efficient software development process and defining interfaces to adapt to the customer-specific ACS project tool chain
Collaborate with technical and business experts to define work products for the development team aligned with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and Automotive Chiplet System (ACS) platform requirements
Assist in customer demonstrations and provide high-quality technical documentation for projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or related fields
10 years of experience in embedded software development and 5 years at the same level
Strong experience in defining and owning software architecture for embedded systems on high-performance SoC platforms
Familiarity with modern Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools for system modeling, requirement traceability, and architecture design
Experience with Microcontroller Unit (MCU) architectures and extensive development experience with Linux, QNX, Android, and comparable embedded platforms
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming
Proven experience in project management with full ownership of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q-C-D), including leading and managing engineering teams
Proficient project management skills, preferably with a PMP or equivalent certification
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in creating top management presentations
Ability to maintain focus and goal-orientation in a fast-changing environment
Ability to inspire and motivate others and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets
Fluent in English
Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience in automotive domain, general knowledge in functional safety and security principles, understanding of E/E automotive architectures, and proficiency in Chinese and German (a plus).

Prepare financial reports for Japan HQ, ensuring clear logic, variance analysis, and alignment with group governance standards. Review and validate all work output from the accounting staff (including tax filings: CIT, VAT, PIT) before submission to authorities or HQ. You are the final gatekeeper for accuracy.
