Lead the end-to-end UX process, from initial user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery. Facilitate UX workshops with users and stakeholders, conduct usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements.
