ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a startup company, building a trading platform with half a million users in 20 countries

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform competitive analysis of competitor products and companies in similar industries, as well as best practices in UX.
Collaborate with POs/PMs to thoroughly grasp requirements and seek clarification when necessary.
Engage with relevant departments (Product, Development, Customer, Marketing, etc.) to propose solutions and select suitable design options. Conduct testing with the development team to ensure product quality.
Communicate work requirements to developers, incorporate feedback, and update work as needed.
Oversee the output of features and products.
Design user interfaces for various platforms, ensuring they meet user-friendly and user-centered criteria.
Create design documents such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes.
Establish and maintain a Design System and Design tokens.
Stay informed about current UI/UX design trends through ongoing research.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with preference for candidates who have been involved in designing at least one product from its conception to delivery.
Strong proficiency in creating and implementing UX designs.
Ability to innovate and convert business requirements into practical solutions for the product.
Proficiency in Figma is required, with a preference for knowledge of other design software like AI and AE.
Strong logical thinking and deep understanding of the assigned work.
Skills in product thinking, presentation, teamwork, communication, and professionalism are essential. Must also have the ability to work independently, be proactive, and adapt to changes.
Openness to learning and staying updated on current UI/UX trends.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or related fields is beneficial.
Candidates between the ages of 1997 and 2000 will be given priority.
