Senior UI/UX Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and prototyping, in order to make the material available from low availability designs to polished visual designs.
Solving complex problems from a conceptual perspective.
Execution of user tests of applications, software, and websites.
Definition of interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
Communication of scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs.
Development and maintenance of design and specification wireframes.
Support more younger peers when they need help or guidance in a specific area.
Carrying out user interface design processes
Report on the progress made in the assigned tasks, achieving defined deadlines.
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
Execution of UX evaluation studies to measure effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, and usability.
Collaborate on projects based on Agile methodologies.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience of at least 6 years, in functions similar to those described.
Knowledge and experience in Sketch, Figma, and other prototyping tools.
Knowledge of user interface design processes and user-centered methodology.
Strong skills in planning and building design system definitions.
Willingness to work with agile methodologies.
Artistic eye for visual design, animations, micro-interactions, and advancement in prototyping skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
