Senior UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UX process, from initial user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.

Facilitate UX workshops with users and stakeholders, conduct usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for the development team and coordinate design activities with UX designers across different teams.

Create high-quality user interfaces in Figma and communicate user flows effectively through interactive, clickable prototypes.

Mentor and guide UX designers, product owners, and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Build and maintain the Figma design system to ensure design consistency across all product developments.

Identify opportunities to improve the user experience across all touchpoints and contribute to the long-term product strategy.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, showcasing problem-solving skills through a diverse portfolio. A background in human-computer interaction, psychology, media science, or related fields is advantageous.

Proficient in navigating complex technical fields such as medical, automotive, and big data.

Must possess a solid grasp of user research methods, usability testing, and data-centric design choices.

Capable of leading interviews and workshops effectively, adept at adjusting to changing scenarios and drawing out crucial insights for future product development.

Proficiency in Figma is a must, including extensive experience in prototyping, wireframing, and crafting detailed interaction designs. Knowledge of complex design systems, incorporating variables, is essential.

Excellent communication skills are crucial, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.

Should showcase leadership skills by taking charge of projects, meeting deadlines independently, and guiding colleagues to enhance overall design standards.

Strong critical thinking abilities to assess existing practices and instigate impactful organizational changes.

Experience in agile environments and iterative design processes is preferred to adapt to evolving user and business requirements effectively.

Advanced fluency in English (C1 level or higher) for both spoken and written communication, including adept UX copywriting skills.
