Senior UX Researcher

JOB DESCRIPTION

A good UX researcher in our client must have the ability to find out what the fundamental needs and frustrations of our users are.
You have a passion to understand what makes our users tick, how they behave and how they seek out solutions for their daily activities.
You know what research methods are best for a variety of situations and you effectively balance speed, accuracy and diversity of our users to provide guidance and recommendation to your colleagues in the product team.
Working as a UX researcher in our client gives you the opportunity to bite into challenging problems in the logistics space as well as related areas such as e-commerce, financing solutions, etc.
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee the research process across multiple research initiatives.
Mentor, coach and provide trainings for practitioners and other members of the product team
Review existing practices and propose how to improve the speed and rigour of research in our client.
Work with product managers, designers and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize and actively shape research.
Work in a collaborative environment as part of a team of product managers, designers and stakeholders from the business side to define research problems and execute studies with excellence.
Strong ability in collecting, synthesizing, articulating and documenting insights from a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research findings and transforming deep insights to actions for a diverse audience.
Communicate your finalised research through customer journeys, user archetypes, service blueprints, etc. to enable a user-centered design process.

JOB REQUIREMENT

4-5 years hands-on experience on in-depth qualitative and quantitative research supporting product development (User, Design Research)
Strong communicator with experience in facilitating and presenting strategy and findings on meetings /
workshops.
Strong planning skills & impact-focused - you drive the research road-map, plan, and execute a wide variety of studies independently - interviews, tests, surveys, workshops, etc.
Knowledge of design tools such as sketch, zeplin, and Invision would be preferred.
Preferred if you have a portfolio that demonstrates user behavior understanding, knowledge, skills, processes and ability to shape and lead strategic thinking with research findings.
