JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and implement reliable technical solutions based on business and customer requirements
Simplify components and promote code re-use
Anticipate future needs for system extensibility
Stay updated on development tools, technologies, and techniques
Provide technical recommendations and designs based on requirements and mock-ups
Write thorough technical documentation for new enhancements
Communicate complex solutions clearly to the team and Product Managers
Estimate and prioritize technical and business enhancements
Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
Test and debug application components
Review peer's code and provide constructive feedback
Identify opportunities to improve team skills
Perform HR management tasks such as attendance management and performance reviews
Coordinate with other teams for solution delivery
Perform other assigned tasks and duties
Design and implement reliable and usable applications
Create detailed design documentation and diagrams

Research and develop tools, technologies, and techniques

JOB REQUIREMENT

7+ years of experience in .NET (C#) and ASP.NET
Ability to manage and develop a team of developers
Knowledge of SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, asynchronous execution, and composition over inheritance
Experience in relational database design and normalization
Proficient in REST API design principles
Familiar with XML and SOAP protocols
Skilled in automated testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, nUnit, Moq, nSubstitute)
Proficient in modern version control (e.g., GitHub)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Exposure to event-based solutions and message bus design patterns (e.g., RabbitMQ)
Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS)
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
Understanding of DDD concepts
Proficiency in CQRS principles
Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
2+ years of experience in .NET (C#) and ASP.NET
Proficient in SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, asynchronous execution, and composition over inheritance
Experience in designing and building persistence layers using relational and non-relational database technologies and using appropriate ORM framework
Proficiency in REST API design principles
Proficient in automated testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, nUnit, Moq, nSubstitute)
Proficient in modern version control
Fluency in English
Some exposure to modern JS frameworks, preferably React
Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS)
Understanding of DDD concepts
Some experience with event-based solutions (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Proficiency in CQRS principles

In this role, you will serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the tech team in Vietnam. You will be involved in different workstreams such as assessing business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define experiences, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and delivering impactful experiences to end users. Undertake the role of the Product Owner, making prioritization decisions and managing backlog independently and proactively. Contribute to creating and managing the roadmap. Act as a liaison between stakeholders in the US and the tech team in Vietnam, ensuring alignment and addressing impediments. Draft detailed feature requirements and user stories and effectively communicate them to creative and technology teams.
