JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead ERP Consultant to join our team. As a Lead ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for playing a key role in leading ERP implementation projects, providing expert guidance, and building client relationships. Using your extensive experience and deep understanding of ERP functionalities, you will work with clients to analyze their business requirements, design customized solutions, and oversee the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations.
 
Requirements & Business Analysis:
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges, and translate requirements into scalable and efficient ERP solutions.
Analyze and document client requirements, processes, and workflows.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for leveraging ERP functionalities to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.
Assist with data migration, integration, and testing activities as part of the implementation process.
 
Leadership & Project Management:
Lead discovery and implementation projects, including initial requirements gathering, system setup, configuration, and customization to align with client business processes.
Develop project plans and manage multiple ERP projects.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support user adoption of the new system.
Provide regular project status updates to executive management.
 
External Communication & Client Facing:
Lead workshops and training sessions for clients' key stakeholders and end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the ERP system.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
 
Internal Communication & Mentorship:
Mentor and support junior consultants within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
Proficient analytical skills with a sharp focus on details and the capability to independently solve complex problems.
Strong organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of business processes across various industries and the skill to translate requirements into ERP solutions.
Flexibility to work night shifts to accommodate communication with US clients several days a week.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
A track record of managing business solution implementation projects for at least 3-5 years.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting firms.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain...
Experience with ERP implementation, ideally Odoo.
