JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Kotlin/Java code for native Android applications.
Collaborate with various teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Identify and address bottlenecks, bugs, and improve application performance and quality.
Ensure that UI/UX designs are technically feasible and translate them into high-quality code.
Collaborate closely with the team to enhance product performance and user experience.
Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new mobile technologies and development practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in native Android application development.
Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) and Java languages is required.
Comprehensive understanding of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and the lifecycles of different components such as Activities, Services, Broadcast Receivers, and Content Providers, as well as handling screen fragmentation.
Strong knowledge of Android architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture) and SOLID principles.
Proven experience in working with RESTful APIs and JSON for connecting applications to back-end services.
Solid understanding of concurrency, multithreading, background processing, and performance tuning in Android.
Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Experience with unit testing (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and UI testing frameworks (e.g., Espresso).
Familiarity with Git version control is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues are essential.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are necessary.
Experience with Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications, etc.) and/or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitrise) is an advantage.
Understanding of fundamental UI/UX design principles is beneficial.
Experience with C/C++ and JNI is an additional asset.
Experience in developing applications involving Video, Audio, or Photo processing/streaming is a plus.
Experience with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt) is an advantage.

Responsible for managing the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value. Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, changes in market needs, and development progress. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Development Team. Gather input from business leaders, users, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements align with business goals. Lead product planning sessions, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming meetings. Define, communicate, and refine the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership. Ensure all team members and stakeholders have a shared understanding of the product direction. Evaluate and track product performance using key metrics and customer feedback. Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, and QC Engineers to ensure smooth delivery. Help the team define the Definition of Done and support them in meeting it.
