Senior/Principal QA Engineer (Performance Testing, JMeter)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, develop, and execute performance tests using load generators.
Design and run fault tolerance tests/chaos experiments with fault injectors.
Document non-functional test results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements with SRE.
Continuously improve and automate testing methodologies and practices.
Visualize the non-functional test results and quality via periodical non-functional tests.
Instruct the product side to run non-functional tests themselves.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience with performance test tools such as JMeter, K6 or any similar tools.
Experience with the Fault Injection tool is a plus.
Strong understanding of non-functional testing principles.
Experience with AWS for testing and monitoring is a plus.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience with scripting and basic programming.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
Good English communication skill.
