JOB DESCRIPTION

Axie is also more than a game— it's a gaming platform with infinite possibilities and potential spinoff mini-games so you'll have a lot of freedom to start new initiatives and make them your own. Being a Game Designer at Sky Mavis, you are expected to:

Participate in designing, developing and growing our Axie core game production

Outline and implement the game vision including game story, gameplay, target market, monetization, player retention and so on

Work with other departments (art, engineer, operation) to prototype, and ensure the game production meets its design vision

Balancing the technical and product roadmaps within the team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proof of past engagement in building games, whether in a professional or hobbyist setting.

Mastering game design principles: camera, control, character, lighting, etc.

You learn quickly and adapt to new principles and ideas.

You're a team player and can work closely with the rest of our team.

Experience working with Game Engine such as Unity

Develop user manuals, training materials, and process documentation as per Bosch quality standards.#Process improvement activities (PIA): Understand business request & Support the PIA Lead to implement improvement activities ( Validate/finalize the scope /coordinate with technical team to complete unit testing and implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into functional specifications in support with Lead Consultant.
