Our client is a leading technology company specializing in innovative solutions for various industries.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with various departments to understand business goals and recruitment system needs.
Clearly communicate these requirements to the Developer Team for implementation.
Analyze stakeholder requirements and recruitment trends to propose process improvements.
Offer solutions for increased effectiveness, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Document work processes and technical solutions.
Monitor task progress and report back to stakeholders.
Test new features for usability and effectiveness.
Evaluate results, analyze data, and gather user feedback for further improvements.
Ensure smooth operation and meet user needs for the recruitment system.
Provide support to resolve any related issues for the departments.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field is required.
8 years of experience in recruitment and technology is necessary.
Proficiency in online recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM systems, and experience optimizing these systems is important.
Strong knowledge of the latest trends in recruitment and related technology is required, with the ability to anticipate and apply these trends to the development of the recruitment system.
Basic knowledge of technology concepts, such as databases, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and tools supporting the development of recruitment solutions is necessary. Knowledge of modern technologies such as AI or Big Data is an advantage.
Strong business analysis and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Project management experience is required.
Knowledge of the recruitment process and online recruitment tools is necessary.
Good communication skills in English are required.
